9. Refund and Return policy
Provisions regarding withdrawal and statutory rights:
- 9.1 Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. email to info@wsapevents.be).
- 9.2 Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision. We will carry out reimbursement using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction.
- If you requested to begin performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportional to what has been provided until communication of withdrawal.
- Note: There are legal statutory exceptions to the right to withdraw for specific leisure and event bookings occurring on designated dates.
- 9.3 Operations organised by W.S.A.P: Where W.S.A.P Events organises the event, you may cancel your place and receive a full refund of the ticket price yourself, at any time up to 14 calendar days before the event's start date. You can do this from your account page and the refund is returned automatically by the same means of payment you used. After the 14-day deadline the booking is final and no refund is due, because the place, the venue and the equipment have by then been committed for you. This applies to dated event tickets; the statutory withdrawal right in 9.1 is unaffected.
- 9.4 Events we attend for a third-party organiser: For an event we attend rather than run — a skirm organised by another club, for which W.S.A.P Events purchases your place from that organiser — you may cancel for a full refund yourself as long as W.S.A.P Events has not yet purchased a place in your name. Once a place has been purchased from the organiser, you may still submit a refund request stating your reason, and W.S.A.P Events will ask the organiser whether the place can be returned; if and to the extent the organiser permits it, you will be refunded. If the organiser does not permit it, no refund is due. A refund request must be raised before the event starts.
- 9.5 How a refund is paid: Refunds are returned by the same means of payment used for the purchase wherever possible. Where an order was settled outside our payment provider — for example an order imported from our previous website — or where a place was purchased from a third-party organiser, a W.S.A.P admin may return the money by bank transfer or another means agreed with you. If we ask you to provide a reason for a refund, that reason is used only to assess the request and to speak to the organiser where relevant.
10. Content posted by you
We may provide open communication tools such as blog comments, ratings, reviews, and community channels. We reserve the right to review and remove or reject any content at our sole discretion. Content must comply with these Terms and must not be illegal, unlawful, or infringe any person’s rights.

Do not submit any ideas, inventions, or works of authorship considered your own intellectual property unless we have first signed a non-disclosure agreement. If disclosed without such agreement, you grant to us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any media.
